As far as InfoSec division is concerned, No growth opportunities after you reach a certain stage (manager level) Infosec Leadership isn't transparent and bit vindictive. They Don't have any vision.. the lady who heads it just tilts towards whatever clients say to save her position/chair. Only hollow words doesn't have a spine to say something to defend SISC people..but every thing is controlled by clients. No proper roles and responsibilities defined.
