First of all it was very great experience and privilege to work in such a organisation. I love my job as a audiologist SONOVA made me more passionate towards my job. I like work environment, all people are working as profetional as well as friendly. Salary & appraisal part are good. It is swiss besed company. Using advanced technology to compete with competitors. Travel policies are also up to mark. For my point of view this is good in personal career growth.

After certain time of period carrer growth is slow. many times working times will be 12 to 14 hours. i couldn't possible to maintain my work life balance.
