Good pay on the terms of keeping manager happy. Good for freshers to learn. Great exposure to different use cases mostly on networking technologies and network security.

Dislikes

Micromanagement , call centre for tech support , no time for break or lunch, mental harrassment with employees for all reasons , questions put up for all actions. Involving personal life including contact details to mentally harras.

Good for freshers as they need to learn the technology.

Dislikes

Too much work is put on employees where they need to ask permission to go for washroom. People are called on phones to pick up calls when are using the washroom. Too much emphasis is put on customer service while little on the employees.
