Small company but full of politics on all the stages. Few are very good workers as well as professionals but mostly buttering people, Salary growth is terrible as people gets max 1500 Nepali Currency which will come around 900 some changes in INR, Plant is said to be automated but most of the things are running bypassed. Not even I/O address file I found here being an Instrumentation Engineer. Over all rating from my side is not terrible but not even average too. It's a Poor situation indeed....Read More
