You can have a good opportunity to watch and learn the manufacturing, assembly of tractors in hoshiarpur plant as maximum parts are manufactured in-house only. They also make tractors for international selling also.

Dislikes

Culture is not good. In market they don't have a good feedback for this. HR is worst here specially Divya thakur. He never gives relieving letter easily to anyone. They also have strategy to give very less hike.
