Teammates are quite friendly & helpful. Pay structure is good. Travel policies is quite liberal. Good learning environment for beginners, but not for professionals. Work life is moderate. Working environment is good within inter-dept but not intra-dept.

Now a days the company is going through a tough stage so job security is terrible. Very few job training is done. No/least increment or appraisal. Office politics is at its peak, may lost job for office politics. Stretch work during quartly audit. Innovation doesn't seems to happen here.
