Good work environment and Teammates are supportive. Company policies are good appraisals are good and they give good salary hike and incentive every quarter.

My working experience at Sonalika is somewhat average. Company is good. Sales are good in the region where I'm working. Some policies are good and some are average.

Dislikes

No company can be perfect in every aspect. Same goes for Sonalika. There is a lot of pressure for maintaining sales. Work life balance is 0. Barely give time to family. Less career growth & minimum opportunities given. Politics is everywhere in company. A person with a degree is earning less then a 12th pass student. Some people in company does not want to see you get Promoted.

They are having a abusive and threatening work culture. HR 's are threatening the employee to ruin their career for complain against the bad work culture.Even they do not give incentives after resignation. They do false commitments even their M.D is like that. Most Likely they are very good in Corporate Politics 👍.

Dislikes

No ethic,no respect to his employees, mental harassment, job threatening in daily basis,no leave no holiday.No extra pay for extra work.No bonus.No time limits. No trading program. No career growth opportunities.

If the sales is good we are good and if the sales are down we have to work with no leaves at all. But they dont make anyone insecure about thier job and the company compensates for everything. No work life balance at all. But in this times its a best company to work in.

Dislikes

Well some seniros mistreat thier juniors with thier personal job and etc. Well thats my personal opinion. No all seniors though. Some are very helfull and considerate
