work life balance is a mess, if individual not have family or loving one in their life then it is great match . 2. 9 to 6:00 is normal work timing, but management start working after 6 and it take just 2-3 hours more to work on things which should done in first half, if management wake up.

Average working hours is 10~12 Hrs Poor welfare system- No provision of snacks along with tea, Tea quality is too much poor. Canteen facility is available but food quality required improvement.
