Only thing which is appreciable in somya was the learning!! Learning stands for translation related learning!! I only thank that I learned lot of things regarding translation industry!!!

When it comes to talk about dislike then I would like to share that environment of the work was the worst you will find here and the work pressure here is something offensive. Also the management is the worst management so if you want to join Somya then please leave your personal life before joining.

The colleagues in the company are very supportive.

Dislikes

The work-life balance is very poor. They ask you to come on sundays without any compensantory leave/benefits. The management is very poor. You will be given leaves but still you need to get approved from them for your leave. Some people are overloaded with work while some are given the work for namesake.

we get the project from client and i need to explain that project details including the deadline to the freelancing translators. This is a routine job. There is hardly any learning .You need to perform same task regularly

No career growth ever after working for long time and salary/ appraisal problem is also there. Politics is also there. Overall we can say that work environment is also not good.
