It was a tough time when I joined, there i had to start picking up good sub dealers for our new distributor to start with a good note. So I had to work with 8 sales executives from two distributors. They taught me the geography, and the first two three months the number of calls was very high to select the best.

Dislikes

It would be much better if there are more meetings with team for helping each other and for internal and external communication.

This company ruined my career. My dad had a serious accident and went through the hip replacement surgery. Due to which he was on complete bed rest for 2months and then started walking with the help of walker. I requested the management to provide one month leave only but they haven't. I asked this because my mom is heart patient and she suffered through paralytic attack. I must be at home so I went, in the begining they provided me 4days leave and when I requested for more the system not accepted. I escalated the issue even forwarded the whole document related to my dad's injury and surgery but the company not even tried to understand. This company has zero job security. People are not helpful. The HR head Mr. Biju Sebestian had spoken rubbish and the HR south Ms. Bhavna Josh is involved a lot in not providing leave. Lots of politics among the employees. They even not transferred my salary and deactivated my portal. These people only know to ruin your career. Teammates are helpful but not the management....Read More
