Company policies.....first of all lemme tell u the head the founder of soma block prints Mr. Radhakrishnan Nair....is really friendly ...down to earth ....he is not like a boss ...he is like a family with us which I like the most ...or anyone will like it definetly .....we need these types of experienced nd friendly bosses in every sector of job...from my side If I have to do the job for free for him I'll definetly do it...I would not say no to any of his official work .. in fact not only me everyone in this company would dothe work free for him ...coz he has helped us in every situation like need of money and all....like he is like god for us....he is not at all with bad thoughts or forceful for any promotion nd all..he thinks that this person is worth of promotion or money ...he would give it...Read More
