company is based on working with very traditional method which does not suits the new construction methods.mainly not focussing of retaining the old employee for longer time so that the company will get more skilled and well aquainted staff.The company is very poor for giving compenasation to removed old employees without giving any notice period.Company not providing any good quality food at their mess....Read More

I was worked with honest and hardworking manner but due to their policy of not retaining good people for longer term.This is only one failure of the SOM projects.
