Lot of people talk about job culture but not sure why they joined start up. Startup culture will be kiosk and that where you learn. I am proud to tell SOLV was one among the organization had 0 layoff even during the extensive pandemic period. Infact i was hired during those times. It's not a place for people who want do time pass and that is where major hit happened. After the change in management lot of questions started up and people who could not answer has moved out. All companies take time to settle and bring in new policies.
