The company hires candidates with minimal to no knowledge.The Support team is very helpful and cooperative.Their are ready to provide help to the on field engineers.The engineers will help you in every possible way.

Dislikes

The company has no compassion towards its employees.The HRs is of no help,they are just pawns of the Bosses.No proper training will be provided.They treat employees like donkeys.There is no integrity towards one's position.The IT manager is unbearable pain,constant nagging and will only be good to you when it comes to your lunch boxand has a habits of commenting on Female employees.The company will cut your salary as per they wish without any prior notice or consent.They will ask you to work extra hours with word to compensate but once the you are done.It will only be follow ups unless you give up.They will ask you to unload truck (On client location) because your are fresher ,the trucks contain IT stuff and the office boy is old.You are asked to take Public transport(Sharing) even if it is raining heavy or severely hot day.Even if work 6 hours more after your shift,you are supposed to be on time next day.And this is usually....Read More
