As a Employee of solitaire from the day I had call from TA to the selection the HR was to helpful & supportive towards the process, Interview was also good there had been two managerial rounds was happened in which the they asked me current construction methods from RCC to handing over ,MEP work as well as company colure is too goodthan I expected, onboarding was too professional they create the atmosphere to us like we are the employee of that organisation, first they given brief about company & it's working policy as well as understand us the HRMS system , everything things was all seniors people are very supportive and helpful in nature...Read More

*Good scale projects and varied project typology. *Cloud HRMS platform for employees unlike most of the other competitors in Pune. *Good Inhouse Team collaboration. *Good learning initiatives. *If they find candidate calibre, they put additional efforts to groom them in order to survive & be more efficient.

*Lack of stringent policies for stakeholders. *Less process oriented work culture. *Foggy decison making, no strict guidelines through official conversations. * Monday to Saturday working hrs. * No yearly increment or gratuity.

Salary on time latest by 10th monthly. Most of the people are good and friendly. Some freedom to work.

Dislikes

Daily humiliation culture from immediate bosses especially if launch is going on. If you complain to HR or higher managers, then zero or namesake support but ultimately will be asked to leave the company. Sales are difficult as properties are more than than the Pune market rates but managers don't care and no leads or help given by management to close deals however they have all the time and energy to humiliate daily. I have just joined recently, a launch was going on when I joined, so all the employees were truly busy, still I would say up to a large degree, I have received support from everyone. I cannot comment on the future but as of now, I have felt secure in my job, everyone is friendly and respectful and the work culture seems healthy overall. Management also seems to be good. The recruiter who hired me did not inform me that I need to travel to Pune for induction and failed to tell me that they can arrange a hotel overnight which was an option that I learnt now, also the recruiter told me I will have to travel on my own and no reimbursement will be given however it seems they do reimburse but this will come in the next salary so I have not experienced it yet. Date of salary every month is on 10th, it should have been on 1st of last Friday of last month. Biggest issue is there is no Saturday Sunday off, only one weekly off per week on Tuesday or Monday. Also reimbursements should be dispersed monthly or after 40 days, it should be cleared weekly for total field guys. There are certain unscientific processes like Darwin etc for attendance which considers Geo-tagging of your office but its impractical for sales people as they are always on field so you are marked absent daily. Also reimbursement is unscientific as they do not take into consideration cash payments for rickshaw/auto or cab in a place like Mumbai which is convenient. Getting an Uber or Ola is not easy especially in the peak hours if you have to do several meetings in one day. So cash payments for travel even for office use is outright rejected if there is no bill. I feel there should be an advance given to employees who are doing field work as there is a huge investment to be given by us for company travel, client meetings etc and wait for 40 day for it to be cleared at several levels and get it back in our hand. Its challenging to sell properties of Pune from Mumbai but company does understand that and there is not huge pressure on employees seemingly, say like other developers or certain retail companies. Overall we can do our work and immediate bosses support.
