You don't know when you will be asked to leave.... Suddenly one day if management decides that they don't need you or that you can easily be replaced by some new candidate ... You will be removed. They hire staff in a pinch temporarily and don't tell the joiner that they are being hired temporarily and one day will just call them to the office and says that "that day is there last working day."

Maybe the school is good for beginners, who wants to learn some paper work. Making report cards are easier, you will love using smart boards if you can explore.

We cannot find any constructive feedback or suggestions from the administration, lots of work pressure with very few holidays. You will never get any professional development to sharp your skills. At the end, you will not get job satisfaction by the grades children achieve.
