A really good company to start your career and why wouldn't you be a part company working towards meaningful goals/ bringing some necessary changes? The work environment gives you enough space to bring out your best work if you're dedicated enough, and it's more of working on your final year projects rather than working in a company but dedicated, spontaneous, and genuine.

Dislikes

Things could be better, and I hope the company is working on it. I would expect the company to pay a bit more attention to team building.

It is a good space to work with team's positive culture. My manager is highly supportive and dedicated to helping me grow and appropriately mentors me to succeed in my role. No cons per se. While one might find that the pay might be slightly lower than what relatively larger organizations offer, It is important to note that Solinas is a startup and the learning and exposure definitely adds tremendous value to an individuals professional career.
