There is nothing that anyone can like in SOLAS unless you are greedy for salary.

Dislikes

It is always advisable to stay away from SOLAS. You get a call at 8 pm, you have to be at work. Everyone is informed of getting salary on or before 5th of every month, but you never know when you get salary and it could be 23 as well. Work timing is 9 to 6 but you are informed at 5:30 pm to continue your work till 10pm. There is petrol allowance but you are never allowed to ask about it. At last, just when you are settled with your team members and excited to take it to next level, you hear that all the team members are fired except you.
