There is nothing that anyone can like in SOLAS unless you are greedy for salary.

...visable to stay away from SOLAS. You get a call at 8 pm, you have to be at work. Everyone is informed of getting salary on or before 5th of every month, but you never know when you get salary and it could be 23 as well. Work timing is 9 to 6 but you are informed at 5:30 pm to continue your work till 10pm. There is petrol allowance but you are never allowed to ask about it. At last, just when you are settled with your team members and excited to take it to next level, you hear that all the team members are fired except you. The team building process begins from then onwards.

Worst ever , don't go this Company , salary given 15th above date , can't manage . they not worry about you . I have some virus fever so I take leave they given termination letter after I fight HR and solve this issue , so do go this type company.

Solas is the WORST COMPANY. They are CHEATERS. Won't follow Rules as mentioned in the appointment letter. The VP's thinking is very cheap. She is not suitable for that post. They will ask SSLC Mark's Card as job security, and blackmail While relieving by asking to submit the No Due letter to collect your Marks Card without paying Salary. I collected my Marks in Police station
