Good support, yearly one trip near by any fort, coffee area, AC office,

Dislikes

Working at late night, no transport facility, no food facility, no timely appraisal, no motivation to employees, no Saturday weekly off.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
