Company policy is too bad (when you join Sogefi same time they want relieving letter from previous company but when you leave Sogefi they Deny to provide relieving letter and said that we will provide it after 15 days from your last day in sogefi. 3. The job is interesting but there is no any traning session or developing ideas. In this company you can work like a robot just because of non technical person in management. they are not able understand new ideas.
