I would say Career and appraisal are below average to average. The work environment is good.

Employees are very good. I have found many of them as a good friend. But top management not understand the concern of employees. Lots of politics involved and no job security even if you are high experienced.

Dislikes

No proper culture for employees. They want from employees to do all the things like marketing and distribution of marketing content. Owners have no ethics for education.

Not better. No advantages. All the time night functions has been scheduled.

I LIKES ABOUT WORKING AT SOFTVISION BECAUSE WORK ENVIRONMENT ITS VERY GOOD. ALL EMPLOYEES RELATIONSHIP BUILD UP HAS BEEN VERY GOOD . MY HOD & PRINCIPAL IS VERY GOOD PERSON BOTH ARE BEHALF LIKE ME .

I DISLIKE ABOUT WORKING AT SOFTVISION BECAUSE MY SALARY NOT INCREASING BEFORE 2 YEAR .I AM THE MULTITASKING PERSON SO MANY TIME I WAS TRANSFER OTHER BRANCH OF MY COLLEGE .

I AM A MULTITASKING PERSON SO I WAS DONE COUNSELLING WORK , MIS WORK, REASAPTIONIST WORK , ACCOUNT ASSISTANT WORK & MY POST IS BACK OFFICE ASSISTANT .
