It's a West of time totally because the organisation is not understanding my position and the company CEO is not available to explain my personal problems and in this hr is most worst fellowwhich I have never seen in my life but how ever thanks for not joining any other person and I can probably say that I have completed the responsibility which is the task given to me and once again thank you....

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management does not able to addess our issues. And salary has paid to me intime but it is 1.50lpa per anum is this correct this is the reason to left that company....

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
