Yes.. we worked in lock down period for issueing material to OnM team and FTTH team of jio.. an extraordinary support given by reliance jio by giving sanitizers,masks,gloves,PPE kits at working place..for all employees. Every week they sanitized work place. In The month of September company conducted anti bodies test at all jio centers.. and also some of our employees got affected by corona.. all of them recovered.. most of them spent their own money... But company didn't give any appraisals or any increments for last and present financial year.. we think at least we have jobs right now in this situation......Read More

As company policies.. they didn't saw on roll employees and off roll employees as same... No appraisals, no insurance policies, no increments, no rewards and recognition as compared to on roll employees.. some are working since 3 years.. sadly they didn't get any increments.. and after service closure all employees off roll employees should leave..

In supply chain management. Work life is day to day challenge.. but finally it was a good end movie.. we have to play multiple roles with multiple vertical and that helped me get grip of that roles with same team..

Wotking with CFT and Handling such a large zone of Rots is always a challenge.. I like to handle challenges which give lots of satisfaction...

Decisions are not decentralized, and very quickly changes... And customer delivery support is not as expected lot of internal approval and process involved.. Which creates lota of ambiguities while handling customers...
