My experience with Softobiz Technology has been quite disappointing. The company does not provide any appraisals, which severely impacts motivation and career growth. Additionally, employees can be terminated without any prior notice, creating a constant sense of job insecurity. You can try yours hands on new techs if you are keen but don't think of getting support. It's all upto you but keeping in mind the delivery date which is more likely to not match. Rest I haven't been much in the company due WFH situation so I can't tell more about it.
