The friendly environment on one of the floors of company and political on other, very rude environment, bond, no management hierarchy, unworthy managers, no incentives and a lot of work pressure with no acknowledgment to hard work of an individual, work stress and sometimes its required to come to the office on Saturdays as well.

Management is ruining the company now , they are always playing double games with employees,they are not even stay on their own words , worst thing is that compnay CEO knows everything but they are doing anything to fix it

I gained multiple opportunities to work on multiple different technologies, I was able to learn alot with a supporting lead and dedicated pattern for learning.

Dislikes

The monetary benefits are not good at all, they did mass hiring and then started laying off employees with minimum or no notice and also held the appraisals for 4 months and the amount give was very low not even meeting the average requirement.
