More is that no job security.You can fired anytime without any notice period and without any intimation.Its all about management politics. There is no skill support environment,if you are good any one skill then th ey are not count that skill they required all rounder with less worth. The best thing we get here is to work with multiple clients at the same time and can learn many things. Job is very secure and the higher management is very friendly.

There is nothing specific but yes what I have seen is there is more preference is given to the one who does buttering to the higher management where in these people gets the highest hike.
