One gets a lot of tasks here , you will never have a minute when you don't have a pile of task in your hand, if you cope up with restless work then you can have as much task as you want to grow in your career and learn more and more

Dislikes

They think employees are robots, toxic work environment, I got the worst experience, Worst team lead , worst team, they should not hire freshers , they will give you zero time and assume you to do the task from day 1 and that too on time, no training to interns/freshers no job security, minimal stipend for interns, they unknowingly speak in Marathi all the time, you will have to keep asking what they were talking about, nobody will help you, even if you ask them(some people are good) , only join if they are giving a massive salary and you are okay with no work life balance, developers(men only) have to stay till midnight and beyond midnight on the days of deployment, for them Saturday and Sunday off is a myth, even if you complete your eight hours and your team lead is still there you are not supposed to leave, maybe it was just my team, not sure about other teams, I got the worst experience, one day a BA told me some task and when I told him that I am already working on something, he got pissed and called me in a cabin, in the cabin there was three senior developers and they roasted me for my incompetence, I accept I was a newbie and was surely lagging with my work, but in that meeting I felt like I was gettin bullied and ragged, the BA said what is your stipend I said 8000 rupees, to which he said and what have you done so far.
