I like the diversity of people who comes in one platform from different countries to show their skills to proof themselves they are better than the other, candidly again you will face the same situation everywhere you can impress all other departments you usually fails to please your boss why bcoz he doesn't belong to the same country. This is what I experienced abroad this is the harsh truth.

despite doing whatever is task assigned by the HOD still there is something missing when it comes to appraisals part you will have lot of expectation if you are working abroad staying away from home to earn bread and butter. last but not least they are many things it is never ending list of complaints but these days those who complaints he will be the first culprit in industry my suggestions is to any nationalist or expat the sponsor should keep track record of HODs don't blindly believe them and let them continue if he is not fit for the job....Read More
