Don't work with Soffit..Poor suppprt from Management...No much work pressure,but senior teams have no idea about what there happened.. And some other leaders came everyday and make some showoff... Dedicated team of engineers

Dislikes

Mismanagement of resources by director level team. More interested in providing opportunities for relatives of directors and senior team. Dictatorship of old tech managers resulting in engineer having to please these managers to survive. Work overload and off day meetings and calls are a surety. No work life balance.
