I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I joined because of the brand & I was told it will be hybrid & 2 days WFH, but it turned out to be totally different later on .It was totally misleading & kept on changing.

The perk of travel(if not in Indian shift) and benefit in tax saving.

Dislikes

There's a lot tbh. The upper management is too old school and too focused on cost cutting at the price of employees' welfare. Tower leads love micro managing. Work culture is toxic af due the this micro management and severe instability in their workforce due to high attrition. As a result, the ones surviving have to bear the extra workload.
