It's a nice experience working with Sodexo India Services Pvt Ltd; Teammates are supportive and higher management is having close watch on site operation; company police's are good.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

As region office is at Pune ; lagging of timely support from SCM.

Work Details

Work-life at Sodexo is quite good.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
