I like the initiative taken by the company on employees learning and development. During digitization, company managed to provide training to all employees and retain them to adapt their skills and experience.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
