I was working in Ford India site for past 5 yrs and in Comstar for 1 yr. as far I don't no about Sodexo management in PAN India, but faces a most worst experience in these 2 sites, i meant my HR and FM. * I was joined as Technician & later management made me to look after engineering activities and promises to change my designation as Engineer & will pay for it, but so far they didn't give any proper promotion letter & increment to the role-They didn't keep up their promises. *They ask me to join in Comstar Automotive same as Engineer, but for the duration of 1year they didn't change my designation and they didn't issue the salary what actually Engineer gets, it was low than a technician, but with out any intension I full fill the almost satisfaction for the client in both of the companies. *I Resigned my job on 05.02.2021, but still I didn't get my Experience letter & Updation of End of Date in my PF account. *The most irritated thing is my respectful HR(Amitharaj) not picking the call not even single time. This is how you teach him to do with the employees??? *This shows me the management in Sodexo does not cares about their employees who is sincere in the job. * Due to particular person in management (HR&FM- FORD INDIA SITE) the whole Sodexo is getting the worst name. *Right now I was no more in Sodexo Facility only because of these 2 peoples, so please those who read this message kindly make sure it should not happen to other employees who are working in these sites. Best thing is salary will be credited on time at any cost.

Never respect the seniority for salary/appraisal.. Ready to detect amount for all but never explain us what for.. Its really worst thing i have never seen or here... Even they are not giving the Designation properly.
