Salary and promotion appraisal was slow. Even tough I only worked for One year still I was expecting to get my salary increased by more but it was not to the satisfactory point.

Month-end closings can be quite time-intensive, especially during hard closing periods, which can be stressful. The employee benefits, particularly in terms of medical coverage, could be more competitive. Additionally, the use of an older ERP system like AX can slow down processes.
