Work life balance and work culture. Good management

Dislikes

I have had both okay and good experience with SITA as I worked in 2 departments. Culture was contrasting so this is something. SGS department is very good in terms of management, however NOD suffers because of management.

Work Details

Interesting job. SITA is a major player as IT service provider in aviation industry Work culture is good, work life balance is encouraged. Employees are encouraged to take leaves.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
