Too much pressure from management for execution but not giving proper resource from the beginning. Finally before hand over creates more pressure, need to stay at site till midnight 2_3am . Extremely outdated work culture of forcing employees to waste hours in the traffic and come to office. Promotions are basically false promises with only a climb in meaningless designations. HR tries to be stingy with salary and then tricks you saying there are incentive programs.

Company is good becuase it has created a brand name in the market, but there is no likes as they dont have anything to like. Just for name sake they do celebrate few of the occassions. The only good part is that , they pay the salary on time that is last day of the month

They don't have proper system Backend people are all like goverment employees. No benefits and facilities to employees Toxic environment Too much pressure on work No leaves granted If the manager decides he dont want you for any reason, thats it they will ask you to resign and go. Pathetic admin team Overall company is worst to work here. Just a brand thats it. I am in sales and sales employees are the frontliners who generate revenue and gets business to company and the sales team people are treated as slave. They treat sales team people worst than daily wagers. The whole system is corrupt Only people on the top management are enjoying the position benefits. Salary hike is worst for sales even if we are a good performer. No Rewards and recognition They dont have training and they ask to perform from day one in sales team. For Civil Engineers considering this company please note that maintaining work life balance can be challenging. The expected working hours are from 10.45AM to 10 to 10.30PM everyday. With work required on Sunday's and Government holidays. The work load is demanding and the expectations can feel overwhelming at times. Worst Management.
