Everything is good Except pre-sales. The great thing is great managers are not even count dedication of an individual, instead they support whom they like or want to.

Very bad to go pre-sales department, better you can work in some other bpo. Atleast you'll get proper hike. Lot of politics done by so called managers Don't even have floor decency In that one perticular manager will Lough at floor like his uncle home. Always keep bullying the agents under him also doing dating broker job.
