But the special shoutout goes to my ex-manager RADHA PHUKAN, who believes that best leadership involves the public humiliation of employees, taking credit of their work, and force them to put resignation. Clearly her integrity and professionalism classes must be crying in the corner. Now how could i forget ASHUTOSH WAKURE - mrs RADHA’s puppet, watching him manage things like watching a ship sink slowly. I have a lot to write for these people but i dont feel there is any point. Becz if such people are there in big organization at higher roles , i guess new comers cant stay here. I tried to raise the complain as well, but as i mentioned already, if RADHA decides you have to go means you have to go, no matter how good are at your work. The reason was simple , she wanted to bring her own people and she did that. Hope you rott in hell RADHA. There is a god, and you are nothing but a loser woman, who will face the wrath always .
