It's a place where you can stay for years and no one ever asks you to leave unless you are actually really bad at your work, which makes sense. We were never asked to stretch even on the bad days and the work life balance was well managed here.

Disclaimer: I'll be utterly honest even though being there for a good enough time they didn't give me a healthy exit but that's conditional basis your looks and gender, and this is not a rant but a true advice. I would say the top exec level management here is filled with filth and inappropriate gestures for the females in the organization. I would say, It's a decent place to work for guys but women are treated as an objects. Also they cant see an employee taking an exit.
