Working hours are very good Bonus will be paid well

1. No transparency on employee benefits or policies, person to person it may vary. 2. Worst Management culture. 3. Systems (software tools) are not organised well, due to which lot of manual work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
