Work wise there will be a decent learning curve, Fast paced developments and provides good ownership. There are required processes and tools in place which makes work easy. Tech wise you will work on good challenging tasks, there is decent amount legacy code/service but getting upgraded to new versions. Tech Stack is good and as permarket standards. I found the product team little lame, not much innovation they just copy paste other E-commerce companies ideas. Company policy is not very employee friendly rather founder centric, Recently they tried to force employees for RTO which resulted in many voluntarily resignations. Then they paused RTO. Compensation is on the lower side in comparison to other e-commerce or similar product company. Most things are mentinoed above such as good place to get your hands on a lot of platforms, technologies, verticals etc. You can do a lot more things which are not exactly in your JD here( you can take it as a positive/ negative).

Salary is far below the market standard, there is almost on job security and promotion and appraisal cycle is completely missing. Job satisfaction you won't get much here of that. This is the type of company where you can work to just work on a baseline and spend your later years to earn, when you don't want to work that much.

Peak in office Politics, The management will delay the appraisal cycle for an indefinite time period without any reason or prior notice. A fresher will join as a Graduate Engineer Trainee for 6 months period and the management will increase probation period (4-5 months) without any communication and reason. Worst case they will firethe candidate before the completion of probation period (50% chances).
