I do not like anything about Snap-on Business Solution India Pvt. Ltd. I joined this company in August 2022 with 1.5 year bound having bound amount of 75K. After joining the organization, I got to know that there is not any training format. They just asked me to work on Excel which is completely copy and paste work. While in interview, my manager told my he will provide the training in PL/SQL. After working six months, I raised the issue regarding excel work and ask him to provide the SQL work than he started me Target and misbehaving with me all the time. So, after completing one year. I raised all the issues to HR department. Instead of solving they are asking me to pay the bound amount and you can leave our company otherwise they can take legal action against me....Read More
