Career growth is good, but salary is low.

I started as Trainee and now I'm a Shift Incharge in this company in this 5 years of span, I think this is more enough to say about my life in this family of smsl, every time I struggles, I also got some difficulties but with my support I got upto this.

Good working area and culture teammates are very skilled and energetic. Giving good opportunities to make some innovative.company polices are quite good .

There is alot of issues about salary pay and hiking every year. HR management doesn't address issues.there is a bond for 5 years.some politics in middle management.

I struggled little bit but finally settled in work and there was no formal training session so, I take it as challenging and learn managing skills very well.i learn Problem root casue analysis and cost analysis and control.
