Relax work environment with no burden of Targets. Teammates are kind and supporting and seniors are understanding.

Salary hikes, incentives, promotion frequency is very less hence career growth is slow. Training sessions don't happen. As no target oriented working fashion employees becomes lazy to work which is already affecting their professional career.

As it was my 1st ever company it will be always very special to me. From knowledge point of view , this company has given me so much opportunity to actually apply theoretical concept on reality which keeps me in persistent motivation for learning process
