Good working area and culture teammates are very skilled and energetic. Giving good opportunities to make some innovative.company polices are quite good .

There is alot of issues about salary pay and hiking every year. HR management doesn't address issues.there is a bond for 5 years.some politics in middle management.

I struggled little bit but finally settled in work and there was no formal training session so, I take it as challenging and learn managing skills very well.i learn Problem root casue analysis and cost analysis and control.
