I joined Smpro as a fresh graduate and found this company and secured a role recruiter in HR domain here. Since all of us operating remotely as of now so not much idea about work culture but yes team members and seniors are helping as you need any guidance.

Dislikes

Candidate declines offer at last minute makes us demotivate :-( but on a serious note its a good company though small startup.

Smpro is a small startups kind company, offers great work environment and tram members are very supporting. Opportunity to work with senior members and interacting clinets.

Dislikes

Its a startup company so not much opportunity to explore. Hell lot of work so one might feel little but work pressure if not good at time mgmt or organised.

Good work culture Team is very helping and ready to help you when needed. Approachable senior staffs.

Dislikes

Pay are just okay. Company believes in giving bonus based of performance and target meet. Not much perks and benefits like other companies offering in corporate world.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
