•They will treat you as bounded labour And you don't have your own life • If you are fresher they will give anything to work Whether it's related to your department or your work or not It doesn't matter what it is and whether your own work is pending or whatever You have to complete theirs first If you are not doing that they will shout at you in front of entire office •They don't know how to treat employees •They don't have policies they don't have laws •They will reduce your salary on the minor bad performance and will give not surety when it will be increased or back to Normal salary They They don't have any laws or any kind of leaves and cl,pl, el, etc etc There are some bootlicker employees in the office who are continuously doing the same thing and they are in the office from decades and more And they will not want any new employees at the place They want that fresher employee should know each and everything as he/she should learn at the time of birth only and then they should join the company Other wise you will be treated very badly in front of entire office....Read More
