There is no difference between an engineer and a helper in that company.Also you are not fixed at one department that changes as required.Company doesn't give any proof (offer letter,joining letter and salary slip) that you work there.Salary give in hand as cash.In 10.5 hour duty there is no breakfast or even a cup of tea.Some times you have to work there for 24 hours continuously.

SMPP is a very good company.Here we learnt about every field of company. Here we can work more than one department time to time.
