The worst hr policy suddenly management comes and fire 20 people at a time and says you have to leave bcoz there new management policy so you have to leave . New national they have hired . As he join he shut down whole mumbai branch which was giving them a good amount business . In pune they are been from 2013 from there they have shutdown twice . But Mr. Abhishek Anand took the responsibility to make SMC as brand the real estate market of pune . Now as the company gets fame and money they fired him . They worst person is handling the while smc realty who already have shut 4 companys in past 3 years mr. Deep prakash . With his attitude surely within a year smc realty will be shutting down and count down starts . Mr subhash sir kindly look into it otherwise as your company share us going down one day this deep will take you to bank currupcy .

PIP (performance improvement plan). once you join this company if you are not sold any flat in two months, you will automatically go to PIP policy. whenever you are in PIP policy your salary is held. They do not provide an offer letter before joining. If you leave your job between PIP policy they never provide your FNF and relieving letter.
